Went to have lab work done and the facility was disgusting. I had to provide a urine sample and was horrified to see toilet paper pieces all over the bathroom, it smelled awful, the toilet seat was unclean, and they did not provide adequate cleaning measures prior to giving my sample. When leaving, I did not see if my sample was handled or sealed properly. I would rather go to a place like Quest Diagnostics and pay a copay than go back here for any sort of lab work.

The nurse, chubby white woman is mean and unprofessional. She trash talks everyone around her and it happens all the time and no one seems to care. Please please think about how your patients feel when they experience this person being so mean to everyone.

Reviewing the hospital. Care is fine but discharge is a nightmare. Could not be here the exact minute they wanted but notified them would be there by 11:30. They said they would leave her outside. I said unacceptable. Arrived at 11:22. They wheeled my mother right past the front door and took her back to her room. It's now after noon and waiting for someone to still bring her downstairs. What the hell? Customer care is messages only so no help there.
