This facility always has an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Scheduling with other UPMC facilities is a nightmare! This is actually still an independent facility even though it has a UPMC heading. It was North Pittsburgh Imaging. I was taken back exactly at the time scheduled and, I had a lovely, caring technician. I have severe back problems with a lot of pain and she was very accomodating to make sure I was comfortable during my scan. Reception was very welcoming and made check in a breeze. I highly recommend this facility and I personally will be using it again. 5+ stars!!!

I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. Every interaction was pleasant, the check-in process was smooth, and the facility itself was spotless and welcoming. The woman who performed my CT was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. I was extremely nervous going in, but she immediately put me at ease with her friendly demeanor and obvious experience. I’m so glad I made the drive to have my imaging done here, and I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
