I recently had an amazing yoga session at Stray Dog Yoga in Wexford, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The instructor, Erin, is hands down the best I've ever had.Erin's guidance and expertise created an atmosphere of tranquility and focus. This place is a true refuge. The instructors are not only knowledgeable in the physical practice of yoga, but they also embody yogic philosophy and an innate wisdom which they impart on students. The movements get your heart rate going while the words calm and soothe your soul. I only get to practice here when in town visiting my parents but would go much more if possible. Definitely not your typical yoga franchise…a true gem.

I have been attending classes at Stray Dog since February and now can't imagine going a week without one of their classes! The instructors are so welcoming and encouraging and the studio is kept very clean. I would highly recommend checking them out!
