While they were up on my 3-story house, they saw a few patches that needed done on the roof and did those for only a little more cost. Price was very nice! “We recently worked with Mike & his team for the renovation of our deck. The project involved the removal of most of our existing deck, expansion of the structure, the addition of stairs and a roof. Once the project got started we were immediately impressed by the work ethic of Mike & his team and the amount of progress they made each day. The crew showed up early each morning and consistantly worked a full day each day for the 2 weeks it took to complete the project. Mike was professional, attentive to details, and communicative with us the whole time. He regularly gave us project updates, plans for the upcoming days, and asked us to make choices on everything down to the color of the recessed lighting. The project was completed on time and I can honestly say the finished deck & roof came out better than we could have ever imagined, it is truly beautiful. “It's 2022, a nippy 10 degrees outside. The new roofing by 1st Choice Home Improvements has been great. The dark color melts the snow off the roof fast, no problems with the gutters filling with water and freezing up, I keep them clear of leaves through the fall months. The pin oak trees in the front yard are a problem, the leaves stay on them when all the other oaks are bare, so I gotta check the gutters more than I like. I'm calling these guys when I get back from Florida to do the other garage in the same shingles to match it up with the house.“

“When I needed a new roof on my home, I contacted Nasco Roofing for a quote. A gentleman came out, did the inspection and I had a quote within a day or two. I didn't make a decision right away and they didn't try too pressure me into choosing them. When I hired Nasco, Heather worked with me on the replacement date because I was traveling, answered a ton of questions and was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew was friendly and efficient. These folks worked hard all day and took great care to clean up nails and debris around my home. I discovered some damage to 2 window screens while the work was being done, the site supervisor took them to be repaired and Heather delivered (and installed) the screens about 7-10 days later. I am very happy with my new roof and am glad that I chose Nasco.“
