had a 3rd phenomenal phlebotomist experience there today. There's was over an hour wait for walk in, no apmnt availability despite attempting to make an apmnt @8am, and im still leaving thrilled, 3 orders completed on the 1st try with 0 bruising thus far. The skills ive seen this office has are totally worth waiting patiently for! (+add heat. Applying a hot hands helps so much!)
- a star for patient lobby maintenance. Empty vendor machines, coffee machine warning needing cleaned in multiple ways but still accepting money. Needs actually maintenance cleaned, it's a big business that has me and everyene else going to quest let alone apmnts, waiting in cue for over...read full review

I had surgery this month and I would like to thank my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Uselman, the nurses and the entire OR team for such a positive and great experience. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Everyone was so kind, helpful and professional which helped ease my mind throughout the entire process. The facility was also nice and clean and easy to get to from our hotel. Again, thank you all for the outstanding care and kindness you provided.
