After decades of going to a small, one-man operation, my dentist retired and I tried Grey and Associates as my new dentist. It is much more corporate than I am used to, but they are friendly, work fast, and have not tried to sell me any additional services that I didn't need. On one occasion I had to cancel my appointment with several weeks notice, and they couldn't get me back in for 6 months. I asked if they could let me know when they had a cancellation. They said they would but then they never called. When I brought that to their attention on my next visit, they told me that I should have been calling them when I was free. I always had a fear of going to the dentist, and previously went to the same one for 38 years, because my fear went away. But then he retired, and my fears started all over. My daughter's recommended his practice and I'm so glad they did after just my first visit, my fears, all went away and I have absolutely no problem, going to my dentist again., and the staff is wonderful

I had the most wonderful experience there today - and had not been in to see a dentist for almost 7 years. Everyone on the team was very friendly and professional. The space is clean and spacious. And their clear-communication about the billing, treatment plans, and cost were very much appreciated. I can't give the team of April, Linda, Savannah and Dr. D. a higher recommendation!
