“After decades of going to a small, one-man operation, my dentist retired and I tried Grey and Associates as my new dentist. It is much more corporate than I am used to, but they are friendly, work fast, and have not tried to sell me any additional services that I didn't need. On one occasion I had to cancel my appointment with several weeks notice, and they couldn't get me back in for 6 months. I asked if they could let me know when they had a cancellation. They said they would but then they never called. When I brought that to their attention on my next visit, they told me that I should have been calling them when I was free. I'm retired; I'm free every day. Did they really want me calling them every single day to ask if they had a cancellation? Other than that glitch, it has been a good experience with them.“
