John was a lifesaver with replacing ceiling drywall after water damage. He was able to begin work super quickly at an affordable price. He was efficient and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use John for projects in the future.

John was very prompt in coming to assess our house and sending a proposal. He communicated when he was coming and was always on time. The project was completed in a very timely manner and very professionally done. Highly recommend!

Santilli Construction is the best around. There is no one else I'd rather hire for a home renovation. John and his team ensure quality craftsmanship each and every time they complete a project. I have had them renovate my kitchen, bath, and just recently my attic was turned into livable space. Thank you so much for your hard work over the years.
