With his background in physical therapy, physical training, gymnastics, and health education, he’s truly a vault of wisdom. He challenges me with grace, helps me recognize my strength even on hard days, and always listens when I communicate how my body is feeling. His approach is intentional, empowering, and encouraging.

Despite being older in age, Peter’s spirit is young at heart. His sense of humor is unmatched — the kind you only appreciate if you actually get humor — and our sessions are often filled with laughter alongside hard work. He also takes the time to educate, not just treat, making sure I understand what I’m doing and why.

Peter has also been incredibly accommodating whenever Mikey joins me, and he always ensures I have the proper tools and techniques to continue my progress at home between sessions. That level of care makes all the difference.

While I don’t plan on needing physical therapy forever, if I ever do again — I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with Peter. He’s someone you trust with your body, your goals, and your long-term health.
