Our project was amazing start to finish. They projected 3 months and nobody I told believed it would happen--and it did! We did an extensive remodel and it is absolutely amazing. Our project manager, Patrick, and our designer, Evangaline were top notch!

We had a home renovation done that was completed in August of 2024 . Cocoon has a policy that protects you up to a year from completion in case of issues . In December of 2025 we noticed an issue with an area of our flooring. We contacted Cocoon , they responded immediately and had the contractor come out and repair the area within a week . Outstanding customer service
even after the 1 year policy . Great to know a company stands behind their work and puts customers first . Thank you Cocoon !
