Seems Impossible to get anyone on a phone, text, response to voice mail.
Usually these types of services are emergency, especially in winter.
My recommendation I guess would have to be call someone else.
This man is a hard and true worker, made of grit and stone.....
All I can do is pray for him.....

Ray is great. We have been using him for the last two years, we’ve had a lot of work done. Pool heater fixed a few times, a TON of copper pipes replaced after leaks/frozen pipe nightmare, water heater replaced, and a whole water softener system put in. He’s the only plumber I will use. Very honest guy and does very honest and GREAT work.
I saw this bad review on here and wanted to say, that Ray came out last winter very late at night when our furnace stopped working.He was able to get it working so we'd have heat until he come come the next day with the new part.He wouldn't except any money that night, even for the part.He got us up and running the next day. The part was not expensive at allHe explained everything, every step of the way and updated us by phone several times as to when he'd pick up the part and be back to the house.I'd use him again any time.
