Ziba facials in the Wayne location are excellent. I have had facials around the country and none compare. She combines eyebrow shaping/waxing/threading, peels masks and massage like none other for me for the past 20 years. I highly recommend her for her skill set, talent and professionalism!! So the actual haircut was great. Stylist ran out of time to style it but that’s probably on me for not scheduling adequate time for services. That said, I’m not impressed with they way they operate…First, for an $80 haircut it’s kind of annoying that they don’t let you tip on a card or offer an alternative like venmo/cash app but instead have an atm conveniently set up in shop. When I asked the front desk lady how much the service fee is she kind of scoffed and said she didn’t know. Isn’t it your job to know that?? I felt like she was really rude from that point forward. The service fee was only $2 so not the end of the world but definitely left a bad taste...read full review

I was visiting family in the area, and treated myself to a HydraFacial with Ziba. She was excellent! Not only did she understand my sensitive skin, but she provided a really relaxing and luxurious experience during the hour session. It was definitely what I needed while traveling. Can’t wait to come back and see her during my next trip!
