I went to Hand and Stone in Wayne, PA today and was greeted at the front desk by a stellar staff member, Shermire. She was attentive and extremely helpful. I forgot my glasses in my car so she kindly read the sign-in documents for me!! This is not my first experience with Shermire and I recall the last time to be very similar as she showed excellent customer service.Earlier in the day I called and spoke with Callie who was also extremely helpful in helping me to change my appointment from Sunday to today! I have had several facials, but I've never been so relaxed that I would fall asleep. I remember towels being put on my face, and the next thing I remember is being told that my session was over. If I was still in the area, I would be there weekly just so I could get a good nap ?. Thank you, Mercedes. You were awesome!!!!
