Outpatient Center – Neighbor Health is a hospital with amazing, fantastic, cheerful, helpful, sweet, and caring staff. The hospital is extremely clean. Many visitors had a positive experience and would recommend this hospital to anyone. The food was also great. One reviewer had three surgeries and each time the pre-op was extremely efficient. Another reviewer said the best hospital and the most caring staff. A different reviewer was treated for a slew of issues and felt the hospital was really on the ball with treatment and testing. However, one reviewer had a mixed experience. While the hospitality and niceness to their mother were given five stars, the reviewer was very upset that after almost a week, there was no diagnosis. The mother came in with delirium and extreme confusion, and many tests came back negative, but the hospital was discharging her without answers. The reviewer felt the doctors did not care as much as back in the day and would give two stars for them actually caring about the diagnosis. The reviewer mentioned the hospital did not do any test for cancer or tumor.
I have had 3 surgeries at Washington Hospital and each time I had a positive experience. Pre-op was extremely efficient and nurses and surgical staff were cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
I was recently hospitalized overnight for observation. All of the nurses and assistants were fantastic. I was really impressed with the care that I received. The hospital was extremely clean. The food was also great. I highly recommend UPMC.
I am so all over the place with this hospital. I don’t know where to begin so I think that I could give different stars for different things. I think that they are extremely sweet here. I love this hospital for its hospitality and for them being so nice to my mother, I couldn’t ask for them to be more nice With that being said my mom has been there for almost a week now and there is no diagnosis of what she has or what’s going on with her. She came in with delirium and extreme confusion and they’ve done so many tests, but have no answers whatsoever and just discharging her so I’m upset about that.
