*** THIS IS FOR UPMC GREENE!!!!! *** I haven’t came to this hospital in a very long time, due to previously having bad experiences, BUT tonight? I can’t brag enough. I felt like I had no options left. No doctor around here seems to want to listen to me about MY body. I know my body, and I know when something is wrong. I went in there tonight with low expectations, but man oh man did they do an absolutely EXCELLENT job. Every single staff member I crossed paths with, was amazing. I cannot put into words how appreciative I am of the staff who take care of me. I was scared I would be judged, and I had the complete opposite experience. Dr. Zachary Miller and nurse Ed were two of the most amazing people I have ever met. Dr. Miller sat with me, and explained everything in detail to me. They HEARD me. They LISTENED to me. They HELPED me. I GOT ANSWERS AND INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED! Not only did Dr. Miller sit and talk through everything with me, but he went as far as typing out steps for me. He did tell me it would be a long process to get me where I needed to be, but that man gave me hope again. Hope that I had lost…… Little did they know, I had a complete breakdown before being brought there. I couldn’t take not having answers, and being in this much pain anymore. Im still in pain, but now I have answers and a plan I can follow. I can’t say thank you enough to everyone who took care of me. Dr. Miller is one of the most intelligent doctors I’ve ever met. Oh, and ER Ed, keep rocking those awesome converses!!!!!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.
