Fran is an exceptionally talented hair stylist with a heightened skill and eye for style across both men’s and women’s cuts. He is gentle, precise, and clearly masters his craft. Fran provides the best cuts and color, with 100% recommended service. Scooter did an amazing job with a very nervous 3 year old, talking him through everything and making sure he was comfortable. Can't beat his prices either.
