Came in for my first postpartum cut and Nikki listened to my concerns, gave me a significant chop, and made me feel super relaxed. She spent a ton of time on a beautiful blow out and I left so happy. Will definitely be back to visit Nikki again!
I had a great first experience here at the salon and Tammie did a great job cutting my hair and did not feel rushed. The check on staff was friendly and enjoyed the vibe will definitely be going back in the futureService: Haircut
Update: thankfully my experience with the additional charge is not the norm based on a call I received from the floor manager. They will correct a problem for you if you go back shortly after the service. I have since corrected the problem elsewhere, but no hard feelings towards whoever misspoke. We all make mistakes and this can now be used as a learning experience.
