I had a wonderful holiday shopping experience at Valley Square Ulta last evening 12/22/25. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and beautifully merchandised, which made finding gifts feel festive instead of stressful. A special shoutout to the store manager, who went above and beyond to help me locate a specific item for a holiday gifts. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to personally assist made a huge difference.

I have to admit shahina is someone who is kind , very helpful and genuine advisor. My aunt has a patchy skin she helped us to the great extent even explained the products for us in the most simple language possible. My aunt and I were so happy with the whole look. I have to say someone who is scared to try new product should definitely go to her she will help you choose the most accurate foundation, concealer and lip shades. I started shopping at this Ulta because the sales associates at the Horsham store were rude and racially biased. I've never had that issue at Valley Square Ulta. Seems as if things have changed since then. I'm hesitant to go back to this store. It's sad that Ulta is willing to lose money on perceived stereotypes of its customers.
