Our furnace failed unexpectedly, and Spurk HVAC was great to work with. They were very responsive, got back to us quickly, and were able to help right away. Everything was explained as to what was wrong and walked us through the replacement options without any pressure. The install went quickly and smoothly. It was done professionally and efficiently. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Techs Matt and Adam were outstanding!! Overall, a really positive experience! This was my first time using this company, and honestly, I didn’t have any recommendations to go off so this was a gamble, but it paid off. I had an issue with my furnace on a Sunday, and Nick from Spurk was out to my house by noon the following day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was happening and why, and even showed me after getting into my furnace what was happening. He finished up the repair within an hour, and explained everything he did. From start to finish, the customer service, ease of scheduling, and communication were fantastic. I’ll definitely be using Spurk HVAC again. Thank you!
Outstanding customer service! We were having issues with our hot water heater and Spurk had someone there the very same day to diagnose the problem. We decided to just replace the unit, it made better sense financially and peace of mind. Charlie was our technician and as usual he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He provides outstanding customer service. Thank you for always taking great care of us. We truly do appreciate it . We wouldn't use anyone else.
