The staff's professionalism and knowledge have earned them high recommendations. Customers noted great communication, pleasant to talk to, and very informative service. One technician, Anthony, took the time to walk customers through procedures and explain in detail how their products work and the results they would see. Another technician did an excellent job with extermination solutions on the ceiling of the porch, soffit, siding, and back of the house. Denise, during a routine visit, was friendly and polite, providing education on the situation and using a liquid spray on the house. Customers reported immediate differences in pests within a few hours of treatment and expressed satisfaction with the scheduling and customer service, although some preferred specific technicians for their visits.
