“I had issues with the dress company (side note, I do not recommend Azazie), and needed last-minute dress alterations for an event. Thankfully, Sammie was accommodating. I called Sunday afternoon and she let me stop by same-day for intake and let me know she would have the dress ready the day before the event, Friday. I wore the dress with heels I brought, and she asked me my desired dress length and gave recommendations, then pinned the straps and hem. The quote was $140 for shortening the dress length and shoulder straps. I gave her the dress, and she wrote out a ticket for me with price and pickup date/time.
Before my scheduled pickup time, she called me to let me know she was still working on the dress and needed another hour, and then again one more time. I appreciate that she called with updates, and for making sure the dress got done. When I came to pickup, I tried it on and the length was perfect, and she had ironed it out. Sammie was so nice, professional, and accommodating. Thank you again so much, Sammie!”
