“Good evening Family. This is my very first time visiting this dry cleaners. I visited because my dear cousin needs to know my measurements since she is making me some new clothing. Ted was the wonderful young man who assisted me and he told me no charge. I needed waist, inseam, and outseam measurements. Ted graciously obliged. It didn't take long and I was so happy. I did my fitness dance for Ted and he was delighted and said thank you and smiled. Another customer was there and he smiled as well. I enjoy it when folks smile or laugh. Ted wrote down the measurements on a slip or paper so that I would not forget them. I was so happy about that too, I enjoyed my visit here today. Ted and I talked about the Mary Tyler Moore show and The Love Boat, since both shows had someone on there named Ted. Ted Baxter on the Mary Tyler Moore show, played by Ted Knight and Ted Lange who played Isaac on the Love Boat. A wonderful experience I had here. “Recently went here for the first time and had a great experience. I brought in a specialty item to be cleaned and unfortunately something happened to one of the buttons. They worked really hard to find an exact match to fix the button and when they couldn't they offered help with a replacement item. Definitely will be coming back in the future if I need any other items dry cleaned.“

“I brought my daughter in to get her prom dress hemmed and some other alterations done. The bottom of the dress had a stiff trim (horsehair) sewn into the hem that needed to be cut off in order to do the alterations. We had decided to not sew it back on because we thought it would look ok without it. Sue told us she would hold onto the trim just in case we didn’t like the way it looked without it. When we went back to try the dress on and pick up, Sue had sewn the horsehair back onto the dress because she didn’t think it looked good without it. The dress turned out beautifully! I am so grateful to Sue for doing such a great job and genuinely caring that the dress looked perfect, even knowing that she had already priced out the job for me and how much extra time went into it!!
We will definitely be back for any alterations my family and I may need!!“
