We’ve been bringing our clothes to Rich’s Cleaners for over 15 years and there’s honestly a reason we’ve never gone anywhere else. The service has always been top notch, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely care about their customers. Everything always comes back looking spotless and handled with care. It’s hard to find businesses these days that are this consistent and trustworthy year after year. Rich’s Cleaners has always treated us like family, and we recommend them to everyone we know. They went above and beyond! I realized on Saturday night, days later after our pick up that one of our pieces, a dress we needed for a wedding on Sunday, was missing. I should have checked before I left the store. They are closed Sundays, but I sent an email at 11 pm Saturday night in desperation. They called first thing Sunday morning and opened the store so we could get it! That’s service and I am very grateful that they accommodated us.
