“I took the Vision Board workshop with Alyssa and it surpassed all of my expectations. It was a wonderful group of people. Alyssa took us through a meditation and journaling exercise to help us focus our intention and vision before we started working on our creations. All of the supplies were plentiful and varied. The time went so quickly. To wrap up, we were able to share our board with the group and commit to where we were going to put the board to be able to see it daily in support of our vision and journey. And best of all, the vision board is two-sided and the perfect size to keep in a book or a journal, or even a purse or book bag. My only suggestion would be to have a laminating option as a bonus at the end of class because I am quite sure my vision board is going to be getting a lot attention, and laminating would help keep it in great condition. “Walked in with my husband on a whim for an hour long couples massage. They were able to accommodate us right away, and the service was great. No bells or whistles; just really thorough full body massages. I’ve seen a few reviews that have indicated this as a “happy ending” massage parlor. Not at all true. The massages are thorough, meaning gluteal muscles are included. Massaging the glutes is not a “happy ending.” Both technicians were very professional and very skilled. Note, this is a small location with few employees. Your massage may be interrupted by phone calls or other clients, but overall I highly recommend.“
