“Been dealing with back muscle pain for over a year and basically ignoring it for a year. I got bad enough I went to the doctor and was worried I might have a far more serious issue. I started going to Steve for the last few months and along with making changes in posture, exercising and stretching more often my monthly massages have helped and I have far less cramping. I would estimate that my pain is about 90% what it was.
