With my luck we needed Lions to come out on a Saturday. They were at our home by 11am and were able to figure out the issue quick and efficiently. It was an embarrassingly easy fix that we (me and my husband) should have caught but Lions was honest. They didn't try to make it seem like there was a bigger issue at play and they didnt try to sell us anything extra. We are happy to have them as our HVAC company.
First Encounter: Phenomenal! I had an urgent matter and called this company for the 1st time. I called after work hours, late afternoon. They were able to send out a technician the very next morning. Tristan was knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and effectively.
Second encounter: Great as well! Called and left a message on the weekend, to request an assessment of our boiler. Unexpectedly, someone called within the hour and spoke to us. They came out that same Monday to assess our situation, and on Tuesday the returned and replaced the boiler. I also had them do a full house duct cleaning on the same day. Excellent experience.

Just used Lions Heating and A/C for the 1st time. Getting ready for winter, serviced 3 boilers/gas heaters. Daniel set the appointment and was very friendly. The tech that serviced the properties was Chris. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained things about our systems that no other company bothered to mention in the past. Highly recommend. So happy to have this company for our heating needs going forward!
