AC went down yesterday. They came today. Tech came into our house and took off his shoes at his own accord, which I was very appreciative of since we do not wear shoes in our house. Fixed the problem very quick. AC works. Thank you! :)Service: A/C system maintenance

I have used Kenrich for a new AC unit and duct work as well as two of my neighbors and had one minor issue with the condenser fan almost two years later and it was quickly addressed by their service team and repaired. The service was excellent and their their office personnel was very friendly when I called. I will be using them again in my next home.Services: A/C system maintenance

We are in our 3rd house where we have used Kenrich for all HVAC services including replacement systems. Had an emergency earlier this year and had another company come out last minute. They tried to sell us on a lot of what we didn't need. Today, we had Chris from Kenrich come out and he was outstanding. On time, thorough, wore shoe covers inside, and it turns out both of our systems are in perfect shape. I'll ask for Chris again and this whole company is top shelf with a lot of integrity.Services: AC maintenance
