Solomons Fitness Center is an awesome local gym in Vandergrift. It’s clean and has everything you need, including weight machines, cardio equipment, a court, a sauna, and a tanning salon. What really makes this place stand out is the people. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the regulars are just as helpful. If you ever have a question, someone is always willing to help out. It’s a great environment for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. I highly recommend!
Ever since they got a new owner, this place just got better! It’s always clean and they have everything you need. They even have a tanning bed downstairs. I moved to North Carolina so unfortunately I won’t be going there anymore, but I sure do miss it!
Honestly, one of the best gyms I’ve ever patronized as a member. Brett, the owner, is incredibly community-centered and fosters a welcoming and wellness environment, rather than a machismo or selective one. It’s affordable, clean, and constantly updating its offerings, including an indoor basketball / pickleball court, strength and free-weight equipment, cardio machines, a sauna, group fitness, tanning, and more. Plus, it’s all-inclusive for affordable rates. A gem for Vandergrift!
