We had a very good experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment immediately! Customer service reps and dispatch were very kind and professional, dispatch was great, prompt and kept us up to date on each stage leading to arrival.
Tech Jermaine was awesome. Very kind, personable and EXTREMELY knowledgeable and basically saved us from a catastrophe!

Rik was on-time, friendly, professional, and described all the options I had for the repairs he was assessing. He completed them super efficiently and everything went as described, I will definitely use them in the future.
Root-rooter was quick with appointments the next day. The dispatch called me and the technician showed up in the estimated time window. Rik was very helpful. He explained the plan, and what would happen if the cleaning wasn’t successful. When doing the work, he answered any questions I asked to give me a better understanding of what he was doing. He was very polite and good with our pets as well.
