I booked an appointment for multiple services 3 weeks in advance with Tracy. On the day of my appointment I received a random text message from her saying that she does not do appointments on Fridays and I will need to reschedule. She sent me this text 30 minute before the time of my appointment in which I had already arrived to her salon. Keep in mind, I took off from work, got child care and drove an hour from Jersey for my appointment. I tried texting her to see if there was a way she could still accommodate me and she refused to respond any more. I then tried calling her and she ignored my calls. I was livid! The staff at Cherie Amour Beauty are VERY professional. They make Haircare a TOP PRIORITY! I have never had a bad experience.... Great Salon!
