My associate and I are safety officers for several businesses in New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. Our positions require us to appear in courts from time to time. Our return trip from just such an appearance as we traveled on US 22 east we witnessed this company’s vehicle in the left lane using the brake excessively. We followed from a distance and found the vehicle was actually tailgating several cars. Still following at a safe distance we witnessed this same company vehicle being a white service van change lanes and driving dangerously in the right lane.
