All of the staff was super friendly: we needed help from four different people during the process of getting prescription glasses. The process did not take long, the selection of frames was decent, and the value was well worth it.

Absolutely the worst staff and doctor. Frequent errors in registering the prescription, happened to both me and my husband. They were unapologetic and rude. Very inconsiderate of a medical condition I was facing at the time to redo the exam to get the right prescription recorded. The manager used foul language like we can always vomit out words and we make mistake but we can’t be sorry about it. Stay away!

America’s Best was truly amazing from start to finish! The staff took their time helping me understand the entire process and answered every question with patience and kindness. They also let me know that I can bring my kids’ glasses back anytime if they need to be fixed, which gave me such peace of mind. Every lady who helped us was so nice, professional, and genuinely caring. The customer service was outstanding definitely a place I’ll continue to return to and recommend! Thank you ladies!

Friday November 14th 2025 We had the best experience at this location! It was my 5year old first exam and Antoine did a phenomenal job! He has so much patience and is very kind ! 10/10 he is GREAT! Lisa who helped us with choosing and designing our glasses was absolutely incredible! She is amazing with kids so kind so caring! So grateful for her help! 10/10 My son had an amazing experience at his first Eye Exam and getting glasses! Thank you to the rest of the staff also that were working in front that day! You ladies rock!

This is the best place for eyeglasses. They have a huge selection. The customer service is excellent. They are so professional, courteous helpful and friendly. A big Thank You to Gabby, Cory, Amy, Antuan, Daniela, and Dr. Barbara. (hope I didn't miss anyone)..You all made the time I spent getting my glasses very enjoyable. The eye exam and the girl that helped with that was excellent but the lady at the front desk ignored me and everyone else that came into the store not welcoming at all don’t know if I will go back there because of her. She definitely doesn’t like her job or people in general.
