America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Well I went here because you know how it goes with eye exams, you need one right away when your contacts run out, they were the only only one in the area that could take me right away. They got my distance vision perfect, never seen anything so perfectly from far away, however, I work at a place where I have to look at a computer all day, and I could not see shit. I literally couldn’t see anything on the computer

Everything was blurry

They charged me some 500 dollars for a year’s worth of contacts

So yeah my advice would be don’t go here

My son got his glasses there Shame you pay 500 for glasses and they give you cheapest case and no cleaning cloth for glasses that's pretty bad for that kind of money. Girls there are great it's not there fault it's the company when your getting 2 pair for 100 I can see cheap cases not when your paying 500 glasses you deserve hard case as well cleaning cloth. Only way people come back is product beside professionalism.

I've been coming here for years but today was first time I had a Zoom appt where eye doctor was not physically in the exam room with me. I still got a thorough eye exam with all the equipment. If you do Zoom appointment I believe the eye equipment is even more advanced. Amy, the General Manager was the eye doctor's assistant. She was wonderful. Such a friendly personality and she knew how to use all the equipment to connect info from exam room to wherever the eye doctor was.
Amy also helped repair my frames that I stepped on. She is awesome! I hope America's Best realizes what a rare gem of an employee she is and compensates and treats her well. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees who actually take pride in their job and are friendly to the customers too! Wish you continued success Amy!!!!

My 2nd time there for glasses & they came in a little over a week & perfect crystal clear vision & every girl there was awesome to work with & super nice ... I wouldn't go anywhere else

I will say that all staff were pleasant. Though, for any new patients, beware. Here's my issue: I generally wear contacts but like to keep my glasses prescription updated as well. I had to go back 3 times and the prescription was just never correct. I even brought in my old prescription for reference and I still see better with those than the new pair. After 3 times I just decided not to go back (waste of money but it was ridiculous at that point). I've never had an eye doctor struggle to get it right and I've been wearing glasses for 20 years.

Just had a really nice experience here this evening and wanted to give recognition to the staff. I interacted with four different people, and they weren’t just professional and polite, but were all outwardly kind with genuine smiles, asking me how I’m doing and holding polite conversation, while also quickly and efficiently taking care of me and everyone else on a busy evening. The doctor was busy and had literally no pause between patients, but didn’t once give the impression of being frustrated or flustered- she was easygoing and friendly- just a boss.
Check-in, check-out, and imaging with the technician were all equally nice experiences, with the staff all being just as pleasant toward one-another as they were with patients.
