“First time here, had to wait to get in, I kept hearing so many great things so I didn't mind to wait. I had two different groomers for my boys, Sam and Lilly, who were amazing. Rachel the owner was also so sweet. This is honestly the best groom my dogs have ever had. They weren't in the best shape when brought in due to being in between groomers, and they fixed them right up. It was "expensive" but about the same as other places I've been and justifiable for the work they did. Communication was great and they cut them exactly as I asked. Groomers were so friendly, too, which I've had a hard time finding. Cant wait to come back!“

“Honestly my one dog is so bad at getting his nails cut that other groomers have said sorry we can’t get to his nails he didn’t let us. Theresa, the owner, has never said that. She makes sure she gets them cut and my dog listens to her. She also doesn’t make him bleed like you would think since he is so bad with it. She somehow makes him stay still. Literally thank god for her because without her I wouldn’t have anyone who would cut my dog pacos nails.“

“We had 3 sessions with Penny for our fearful dog Jax. She gave us many exercises and tools to practice with him in order to build his confidence and reduce his exposure and reaction to triggers. Jax's issues are too wide-ranging to fully "fix" in just a couple of sessions, but with the tools we received and the behavioral medication we plan to start with our vet, I feel we are better prepared to continue the extensive work he needs to feel safe and stable.“
