Bob Miller is an outstanding Master Plumber who is detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive, with customer service that is second to none. He is always honest about what needs to be done immediately and what can be deferred. As a new homeowner, Bob was very helpful, taking the time to explain systems and suggesting improvements without being pushy, working around a budget and schedule to plan out renovations. Miller Services is a reliable company that communicates plans from start to finish, listens to customers, and delivers results. Bob is knowledgeable and takes his time, never rushing and always taking extra care to ensure cleanliness and safety. The work is done to the highest standard and quality. For a no nonsense plumbing/HVAC contractor, Bob is the guy. He has completed many successful projects, including HVAC system installs, unit swaps, new ducted systems, a full house replumb, new bathrooms, and tricky technical repairs. The work came out excellent, and they explain what they’re doing and why, caring about doing the job correctly, not just quickly. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a no nonsense plumbing/HVAC contractor, then Bob is your guy. I’ve had many successful projects completed by Bob and always have been pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism. Bob has also installed multiple HVAC systems for me including unit swaps and new ducted systems, replumbed my entire house as well as new bathrooms and done service calls including very tricky and technical repairs.
