“I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. “I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. This work was done under the terms of their $99 December promotion. Their courteous and thorough technician Khazier handled the job and provided me with pictures.“
