We have used these guys for our plumbing needs for thirty years. They aren't the cheapest alternative on the block, but they are responsive, show up when they say they will (unusual in the Poconos) and they have done consistently good work every time for us.

We have used F/J Hess for many years. We used the Budget plan as long as it existed. Now we pre-pay based on the existing cost. We have a contract with a maintenance company that services our furnace and air conditioning unit every year. We have always had good service and the office staff has been very helpful.

Had the same issue as some other reviewers here about price change which is not fair. Over the phone price was much lower than the actual charge. Better communication would have helped. The quality of the work was good and I was satisfied.
