We left our session feeling rejuvenated, connected, and deeply rested. Molly's intuitive use of the singing bowls, her ability to read our bodily responses and adjust to meet our needs, and her personal feedback at the end were outstanding.Whether it's 15 minutes browsing the apothecary or a 90-minute sound bath session, you cannot leave Indigo unchanged.“

“EveryBody Movement and Wellness is a fantastic studio. I have been taking pilates classes here for several months and have been delighted with my experience. I had no prior experience with pilates but it quickly became a significant part of my life.I have taken pilates classes with Gabi, Kalila, and Megan. They are all wonderful and bring their own unique vibes to their classes. They are knowledgeable about body mechanics and modifications for different injuries or body types, and provide tips on how to adjust the challenge level of an exercise. From what I have observed they are also truly welcoming to different body types, genders, etc. and the studio is a nonjudgmental space where it's easy to focus on doing the work. Class sizes are also small (especially equipment classes) so you can get personal attention if needed.If you want a gentler, chiller workout (especially if you, like me, had bad gym class experiences, or if you have injuries or other restrictions to work around) that is still challenging and gets results I highly recommend taking classes here. My body looks better, but more importantly, I feel like I can move and function in ways previously unknown to me. I also have a lot more awareness of my body and how it's feeling. Pilates has been a very positive addition to my life and I am thankful to Julia and the instructors at EveryBody. If you're on the fence about trying it, just go for it.“

I love that she has an online library now, so I can do yoga from the comfort of my home at my own pace. The environment here is bar none. If you're new to yoga, check out their beginner series. Dr Ware is very interactive with members of the class. There were members from different levels & I did not feel intimidated. “Dr. Kelli is wonderful. Anyone who is reluctant (as I was) to see a chiropractor, you won't regret it once you leave their office. She listened and was receptive to my concerns. I was having side pain that my other doctors could not identify even with X-rays and CT scans. My son was working with Dr.Kelli and I deciding to see if she could offer any suggestions. After one session I started to feel a difference. After about 4 sessions I moved to a maintenance plan and I couldn't be happier.“
