He was very up front in telling me that he would try to get to me ASAP, but that he had several break downs that he was already working on. He made time to come early on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had 1 of the components he needed but said the other part needed ordered from the manufacturer, and that this particular manufacturer is typically kinda slow in getting parts out.
