He was very up front in telling me that he would try to get to me ASAP, but that he had several break downs that he was already working on. He made time to come early on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had 1 of the components he needed but said the other part needed ordered from the manufacturer, and that this particular manufacturer is typically kinda slow in getting parts out. As soon as the part arrived, he made us a priority and installed it the same day. Reading these reviews, I believe some people hear what they want to hear. Jason was very honest and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend that you call if if you have an issue, but also suggest to really listen to what he says.
