“The first time I went In the guy in the back, messed my hair up pretty bad. The owner himself had gotten in contact with me. Apologizing on behalf of the barber. He offered not only a full refund, but to fix the haircut. I was not sure that the haircut could be fixed. They still managed to turn a bad situation into a good one.
