The facility is conveniently located down the street from family members, so access to them is easy when I'm visiting with them. Jay is a phenomenal hair artist and I will be frequenting the establishment often. They are clean, professional, respectful and responsive to the needs of their clients. No old, torn chairs, no trash on the ground or other items that would be deemed questionable. I am glad my middle son Corey told me about them.

Creative touch is by far the best barber shop in lancaster County hands down. No other barber shop does work the way they do. And the employees are most professional and the shop is always kept so clean.
