“Phil is an amazing barber and phenomenal human being. He has been my barber since 2001 when he was still in West Chester. I followed him from West Chester to his current location in Gap. I drive 2 hours to him every other week for a haircut and there is a reason for that. As mentioned, besides being a barber, he truly cares about the well-being of every one of his customers. He has helped me through some tough times no matter the time of day. I've watched his children grow up, shared laughs and shared tears with the man. I will always cherish him not just as my barber, but as a close friend.”
