“What a great experience. I made a last minute appointment and was more than pleased with the outcome. I will now be a regular customer here! I got balayage done by Kala and a cut and style. She hit it out of the park. I absolutely love my hair and I have already gotten so many compliments. Kala was so sweet and truly understood the assignment. I already made my follow up!”
“After closing my own shop and finishing up a 20+ year career in hair, I needed a hairdresser myself and got John's name from a client who had already chosen her next stylist. She spoke very highly of him and she was right! He listened to me, he was fun, he made me feel interesting and amazing. Most importantly, he did a great job for me, a person who is so hard to please that I had given up years ago and just did it all myself (it's not them--it's me). I highly recommend him, he is very talented and I think you'll be happy :) It was also a very nice, friendly shop were I was greeted promptly, and even though John was running a little late, he acknowledged me and suggested I go to the coffee shop nearby to get a drink, which I did, and so I also got to enjoy a great latte. Wonderful experience--I look forward to my next visit.”
“I have been going to Elizabeth Jacob for many years and always have experienced fantastic service.”
