We contracted with D&D to do a home expansion. The owner Steve told us that it would take 5-6 months the workers Jim, Chip and Dave were great, but we were constantly having to point out problems with some of the work. We are now at 8 1/2 months and still have large issues but the owner now refuses to send someone out until he gets his final payment. He considers any further work to be warranty work, and I consider it to be still active work that wasn’t done to our satisfaction !
As far as taking a business owners word that problems will be taken care of, I can’t trust someone that hasn’t kept his word as of yet.

D & D came out to replace damaged drywall, and replace windows and a sliding door. They were all incredibly friendly, professional and skilled, and completed the projects exactly within the time limit given, and to a high degree of quality. They will be my go-to contractors from now on, and I'd recommend them to anyone else who wants the job done right!Service: Remodeling
