As a first time customer at Pretty Spa Studio I will definitely be going back and recommending it to everyone, I have always been scared to let anyone touch my eyebrows but Kiyah did an amazing job, she was very gentle and was very attentive the whole appointment, the conversations in the room seemed to naturally flow.
Overall 5 stars and I will be returning.
Pretty Spa is always welcoming and peaceful. This was my first brow tint. Kiyah started with a lighter brown, checked in and offered a darker tint. I was glad that I went a bit bolder (and glad I'd had the chance to try both). She did a little tweezing cleanup while she was in there, and it was painless! Not as restorative an appointment as my facial, but what could be?
I was extremely happy with the services I received at Pretty Spa. From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, and inviting. Kiyah is an absolute professional while also being incredibly sweet and friendly. My facial was beyond amazing! She is very talented, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful spa experience.
