“This was a very relaxing experience. I felt healthier after my 1st salt cave. I got the 45 minute one. I had nose surgery about 3 years ago. I still have built up scar tissue. That I feel has softened up after 2 visits to salt cave. I came because I had congestion in my chest. (Sick grandchildren), but I love them. And it really helped.
