“Dr. Dutt is so kind & efficient. I went in for a check-up & she got me set up with some new contacts to try out. I wore them for a day & found that I couldn't quite see correctly; it was giving me a headache. She made room in her schedule to get me in the very next day to fix the issue. I was set up with a new brand of contacts that I had never tried before, & they are absolutely perfect. I cannot remember the last time I was able to see this well. She does great work & is extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend Happy Valley Optical.“

“I am extremely pleased with the care and results achieved by the care team at Nittany Eye Associates Windmere- 20/20-1, a superior result that I have not had in decades!! As my primary optometrist, Dr. Harsch demonstrated consistently caring behavior and persisted until she achieved the best results with my scleral contact lenses. I was a very challenging patient with multiple eye problems, including binocular double vision. Dr. Talarigo, was consulted with on one occasion and was warm and personable, and supported Dr. Harsch's recommendation of a trial of prism eyeglasses for the double vision. Samantha Y., the optician I worked with is very caring and dedicated to helping one find the right solution for one's unique needs. She did a great job assisting me to select the right frame and features that were ideal for my vision needs, including transitions lenses and blue blocking for my light sensitivity. The prism eyeglasses look like any other type and the correction of the double vision is nothing short of miraculous after enduring significant visual stress and functional limitations for a few years. I am also much more comfortable in brightly lit environments with the transitions lenses and saw a notable improvement in headlight glare driving in the dark and rain with my new glasses and scleral contact lense combination. Thank you and your great team of technical assistants for greatly improving the quality of my life!!“
