“I have always had the best experiences at the Bedford location. Have used them off and on for 15 plus years. The staff are not intrusive but are very helpful if I have a question about eyeglasses or insurance. In the past I have dropped in with bent frames and they corrected them for me. (The glasses were not purchased there.) I very much appreciate the customer service. The doc is wonderful. My brother has dementia due to a TBI and has difficulty finding the correct words to express himself. The doc is professional and wonderfully personable. The appointments are not rushed and he takes all the time needed. I will not take my brother anywhere else.“
