For almost a year and a half, my dog was under the care of cardiologist, Dr. Mark Koshko. My dog had congestive heart failure, and what a rollercoaster ride it was. Dr. Koshko managed my expectations on the outcome of the disease & always had my dog's best interest in mind. VCA Metzger also provided a "quality of life" appointment, as my dog was going downhill toward the end, and the vet who assisted us with his peaceful passing was amazing, too. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you!

Very professional and caring. Went for an emergency with our dog. He was taken back right away. The Vet checked to talk to us to tell us what was going on and them came back to tell us how he was. A Vet Tech brought him out and explained everything to us, gave us his medication and checked us out. For this experience the money was worth it. We felt better about the situation knowing that our dog was in good hands. They were fast and thorough. Highly recommend for a late night emergency.

Dr. Rider was very informative and helpful. He called before and after my cats surgery and kept me updated every step of the way in a very difficult time as our cat was shot by someone. I highly recommend him and the folks at Metzger.
