I’ve been working out with MBI for about a year now, and this place is great. Coach Cait is a rock star, she designs challenging workouts and then motivates you through them. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
I am 59 years old and had never worked with a trainer before. I went to Adam with the goals of eliminating back pain, improving fitness for golf in the summer and skiing in the winter. It has been a full year and I have not had any back pain, hit the ball longer and took 6 strokes of my handicap (he can't work miracles with putting) and I have felt great on all my ski trips out west. I feel much stronger and it is much easier to do simple things like setup tailgates and carry luggage.Adam is very good at adjusting workouts week to week and during the session to account for the aches and pains that pop up for someone my age.
