They followed up nicely and the vet tech I saw was so sweet and gentleman working the phones was so kind when I was obviously upset. I would give 5 stars but I was given pricing with no alternatives and I think that should always be an option without asking. We worked it out and my pet got the best care!“

“I'm so pleased with our girl's dramatic makeover! Cassie looks like she's lost weight from her grooming Bugsy's did an amazing job on her grooming and severe matting. She's a medium sized girl around 7 years old and had a very good time with her few hour stay at the groomers. They are the sweetest and most caring people!I am from Texas, where you can find a groomer very easily- it's wide spread. I came home to visit my brother and he let his dog go about a year from her last grooming. This was not an easy cut. I started in with scissors on her mats close by her ears and decided I needed help immediately! It was Christmas time, but Bugsy's was able to squeeze us in. Mind you, I called around and texted and emailed- NO ONE called or followed up with me, except Bugsy's.Hands down, the universe sent us a message that they are now our go to groomers. 10/10 for communication skills!“

“After Petsmart cancelled my dog's appointment without notifying me until I arrived onsite at the time of his appointment, I called a few local groomers to see if anyone could give my boy a bath and full haircut on short notice. Neil said that he could fit my dog in between his other clients and then further accommodated me by allowing me to drop my dog off an hour and a half before he opened so that I could get to work on time. When I picked my dog up, I was stunned. Neil had done such a beautiful job! I highly recommend using Alpha Dog Grooming Services for all of your grooming needs and I will only be taking my dog here for grooming from now on.“

“My dog just started here a week ago and I have already been so impressed. I am pretty picky about what I look for in a daycare and this place has far exceeded any expectation I had! The meet and greet showed how seriously they take getting to know dogs before allowing them in. They were also super patient with my dog and allowed him to integrate with the pack at the rate he was comfortable with. It is clear that everyone who works there is knowledgeable and loves dogs. They are also super communicate and give a full report card and pictures each day. They also have a nice big outdoor space. Highly recommend!“
